Lisa has been fortunate enough to visit manufacturing sites all over the world and has made connections in all areas of food manufacturing. Lisa is also a leader in Food Safety holding positions as professor of Food Safety and Traceability for a leading college in Ontario as well as several educator positions for private companies and Non-Profits.
Throughout her career she has worked with global brands like Ferrero, Kinder, Nutella and Tic Tac. Her experience with private labels includes Sobeys, Loblaws, Nestle, Food Lion, Kroger and more.
